Dry Mix Mortar Plant
Dry mix mortar plants offer a complete production system for proportioning and mixing sand with cementitious materials and additives according to specific formulations. The annual production capacities of our dry mortar plants range from 20,000 to 800,000 tons. They can be configured in either step-type or tower-type layouts to suit available building height, production scale, and budget. The use of premixed dry mortars improves product performance, as well as deliver greater consistency, reliability, and quality control during application. The system supports large-scale production of conventional mortars, specialty dry mixes, and gypsum-based building materials. Configurations are available for river sand, manufactured sand, and selected industrial by-products. Integrated environmental control measures support cleaner production and meet demanding environmental requirements.

For costly chemical additives, dosing accuracy of up to ±0.5% can be provided by the dedicated micro-dosing scales with high-precision sensors. High Mixing Uniformity
The plant can be equipped with a twin-shaft gravity-free paddle mixer or heavy-duty ploughshare mixer according to production requirements. Mixing uniformity of ≥99% supports consistent material distribution throughout each batch. -
PLC-Based Production and Recipe Management
An industrial-grade PLC control system supports one-touch selection and seamless switching between hundreds of complex formulations. Production data and consumable reports can also be generated automatically through the cloud for easier production monitoring and record management.

Interior and exterior wall putty, ceramic tile adhesive (CTA), self-leveling mortar, waterproof and corrosion-resistant mortar, and lightweight gypsum plaster. -
Industrial By-Product Utilization
Compatible with river sand and manufactured sand, as well as selected industrial by-products such as flue-gas desulfurization (FGD) gypsum and phosphogypsum.
